Bottom-line don't overpay for bells and whistles on tricycle, errr overpay for labor intensive features on a short-term CRM that might become more of a distraction than a benefit. You're better off making cold calls/attending tradeshows than sweating this. Remember the goal is to outgrow your tricycle.
