Hi,
I and my partner began last week our self-funded search. We live in Israel (small country - low search budget) and we are looking for a deal of $5-7M enterprise value ($1-2m EBITDA) which will be partly financed by our savings###-###-#### % of the deal) and the rest will be financed by 2-3 main investors that we already know and willing to join the future deal.
The legal issues regarding the commitment and the possible deals are closed and the only issue we still need to solve is the terms of the equity partnership.
As this structure is unique (self-funded with known future investors) and the terms are not "standardized" like they are in the traditional model, we are considering the terms to suggest our future investors.
Does anyone have experience or advice regarding this case?
