I am currently interviewing for general counsel/advisor role. My searchfund is focused on acquiring a business in the healthcare/pharmaceutical space as we are focused on building an unique healthcare company. Currently we have a deal under contract that has been funded and the APA has been signed. We are looking for a counsel/legal advisor knowledgeable in M&A to be our liaison to our outside attorneys on future deals. Message me if interested
