Seeking Advice on Structuring Tax-Efficient Investment into U.S. Firm from Asia

I’m evaluating an investment into a U.S.-based firm from Asia. Given the deal size, engaging a Big 4 firm isn't feasible, but it’s crucial that we structure the investment to minimize tax leakage and mitigate risks for our LPs.

I’d appreciate any advice or introductions to firms experienced in creating tax-efficient structures for cross-border investments.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you Luke. Brian, feel free to contact me. I am an international tax lawyer, and work on engineering tax efficient investment structures regularly. I have worked with several Asian countries, and each is different. Happy to help.
