Recent Financing Transaction

I have funded a business acquisition recently. The target is a manufacturer while the buyer is a PE. We are able to use combination of term loan and revolver to fund this transaction. The borrower has the flexibility to pay down the revolver with seasonal cash flow to save interest expense and to fund working capital need in peak season.
