Looking for international M&A lenders & lawyers

I am in the final stages of executing an LOI with a SaaS company located in the United Kingdom. It's an asset sale to a US-based company. Does anyone have any recommendations of lenders that specialize in US-based companies financing a UK acquisition? There are no employees (beyond the founders) and no tangible assets, so it's obviously a unique situation.

Additionally, I'm interested in any US-based law firms that specialize in this type of transaction to help with the APA.
