Looking for experienced Operators in Home Automation / Home security space

I am looking at deals in the Home Automation and security space. I would love to connect to experienced operators in this vertical. 

In particular, I am trying to understand a)  the potential for recurring business  as it seems to be very project based b) how much the business depends on the current owners and how much of those commercial relationships continue after change of ownership.
