Looking for a US-based law firm to help us close the IT Services deals

We have a couple of acquisition targets in the US and India that have reached Purchase Agreement phase. We are looking for a Law firm (preferably with international footprint) to help us with the documentation and in closing the deals.

We are also looking for due diligence services for the upcoming acquisitions as well. Can anyone can suggest a good law firm.
