Hi all! Does anyone know of any lenders who might fund an international acquisition? I'm a US-based searcher considering the acquisition of a Singapore-based but virtually-run business.

I've heard that lenders and family offices become interested in international deals around the $30M deal size; this is substantially smaller ($4M asking price, $1.1M TTM EBITDA).

Any recommendations/referrals would be greatly appreciated!
