Capital Raising services/investment banks

I have a deal under LOI and would like to hire an investment bank or a capital raising firm to raise the funds. The company is a $4.1m EBITDA plumbing business based in Austin and I have negotiated a valuation based on a 3.25 x Multiple. 

I am looking for capital raising firm/investment bank recommendations and specifically ones who are not time wasters, ones who are professional, can get the deal financed and who are reasonably priced.
