2 interested sellers, HomeCare space, Upstate NY

I met a couple of owners, looking to sell their Home Care businesses in Upstate NY. I'm passing on them b/c of size (I'm a traditional searcher), but these could be good for self-funded searchers.

One is worth $1.5M and is a traditional home care agency. The other one is a bit larger, $1M ebitda, and focuses on the self-procured home care space.

Hi guys, more than happy to share my learnings in this space (just to caveat that in Ireland though home care is typically funded by the government as opposed to private individuals.)
