Hello all, we've acquired a small company in NYC and need a CRM for our nascent sales force. Industry is hotel operations outsourcing, so we need B2B sales targeting mid- and senior-level decision makers. No spam campaigns, it's a small world and we need good relationship management. I'm not familiar with the pros and cons of different suites, so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with CRMs outside of search applications. Thanks!

Depends on the features you need. Would recommend doing a short demo call with several solutions and involving your sales team to list out your must haves / nice to haves and then go with a solution that fits budget. I am a fan of Pipedrive and have heard good things about Monday as well (though have not used it). Steer away from Microsoft Dynamics - would rather rip my hair out.

The key is finding a CRM that your sales force benefits from and will actively use - not a tool that makes their life harder (like a reporting tool that collects data for you).
