What's the best way to set up a Fund and/or SPV in Canada to syndicate capital for a deal?
Given the rising trend of tokenization and digital securities, we are looking for options to properly structure investment offerings for multiple investors in a cost-efficient structure which can be reused from deal to deal.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
