Forecasting Model

Hi friends,   I am working on finalizing a deal to take to investors and I have been working on creating a modeling tool I can use to put together a well thought out proforma that includes deal structure variables, terminal values EBITDA normalization, DCF and IRR and unlevered cash flow projections.  

Does anyone have a model that they use for this sort of return analysis?  thank you in advance,
