I'm in the fundraising stage and looking for a good CRM to track activities.  Looking for the following features: 
"Mine" my email accounts and pull out everyone I have emailed
Classify contacts -- i.e. brokers, prospects, company owners, family
Put those contacts somewhere in a funnel
Track activity
Pretty basic really.  Was going to do Salesforce but wondered if anyone else had a better recommendation.

I use Monday for this. Also use it for managing acquisitions. You can set it up so that the target company can upload documents directly to each diligence item (each one has its own row in the table).
