Hello all,
I am in early talks with a manufacturing company to join their management team, with a view to doing an MBO (together with the CEO) later on. The Business owner has recently handed over the reins to the current CEO. There are a lot of things I like about this arrangement, but my concern is that I am reducing optionality by taking this approach to my search. I would welcome any advice you can give.
