I have an upcoming call with a family friend of a friend who is interested in selling their wine supply (B2B) business in Nappa Valley. Hi Joseph, this could be a great business if they have established relationships with the vineyards in the region or beyond and the products/services they provide are relatively sticky or difficult for competitors to enter. I would be interested in learning more as a potential buyer or growth partner if you want to connect . I would ask your friend to go down the broker/CIM process only if they are serious about selling.
