Hello, I am considering an acquisition in the window treatment industry. I have a store under contract that is 25% blind repair 25% cleaning and 50% new sales. They have an interesting model of using the repair/cleaning as a niche to attract customers and then upselling for new window treatments (although all services have good margins). They don't currently have any contracts but work with many residential apartment buildings as well as a few commercial businesses as well.
Does anyone have experience in this industry and would be open to sharing any insights?
