Why are multiples for Summer Camps so high?

I am exploring a couple deals in the camp space.  After looking at both on IBIS and BVR - I can't find any information on the multiples and why they are so much higher than other LMM and SMB businesses.  Is it an annual recurring revenue play? In general, the sector seems much higher than others.
