Hello fellow searchers, investors, and operators.

I have found a profitable precision sheet metal company that is not yet on the market. Owner in his 60's and retiring, been talking with this guy for the last two years. He is finally ready to go camping full time.

Looking for anyone who knows this industry and is willing to take a phone call to share some wisdom/how to spot red flags.

$1.7 m, $1.2m, $300k, $500k in net income in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 respectively.

Before you ask, yes, the last two years were awesome...and have a massive customer concentration problem. A long time customer hit it big helping build out logistics wear houses during the E-commerce COVID boom. Owner is still riding that wave.
