What's the SBA equivalent in the UK?

Just started looking into the search, correct me if I'm wrong, I think a significant portion of the upside of the search model comes from debt financing. However, there doesn't seem to have a government financing programme like SBA in the UK? Most business loans are capped at a tiny amount. Can any fellow searches share some ideas for source of debt capital?

Shawbrook seems to have the best / most flexible offering. But there isn’t any like-for-like SBA equivalent at the moment.
