For a US-based investor:

- Looking to deploy capital into the space now after a few successful years operating and into some realestate deals
- What is the best structure if I want to have the money compound and stay in the company and not pay dividends?
- What is the best structure if I want to invest the money and compound as much as possible and potentially draw some in the future to live off of while I continue to invest? (goal of becoming an investor long term)
- Secondarily, I have some family members that wish to invest along with me and similarly compund capital for a while then eventually draw (what is the best way to facilitate that)>?

Consider that an operating agreement might be as important than the particular legal structure if you are investing with family.
