What interests investors?

Hello to whomsoever reading this.


I have recently been working with a company that has several good companies in their portfolio and looking for investors for those companies. I have just begun working with them and getting familiar with it. I was curious to know if someone here got funding for their business and can share any kind of tips that they applied themselves to get funding or finding investors.
