Vertical SaaS: $5m in ARR and above

Hi everyone, I usually post here about my deal sourcing platform www.pemarketplace.co, but figured I should let people know that my family office Ambina Partners is very interested in any Vertical SaaS deal that you may know of. We are typically looking for companies with $5m in ARR and above, but will look at smaller deals if they are growing. Happy to pay market rate success fees as well for off-market deals.
