For home service businesses that have been in operation for a long time (30+ years for example), what tests/analyses are in your value creation plan for generating 15%+ unlevered IRR over a 4-6 year hold period? (I.e., pricing, service mix, marketing, what else)?

Like most, I'm seeing several books with a stable financial profile but I'm not clearly seeing the path to accelerated growth)
