US medtech investors

Hi searchfunder community. I am approching a LOI to a medtech company which has a branch in US and a FDA approval. Hi Anonymous, I've worked in healthcare (consumables and devices) my entire professional career. I've also lead the design, 510k FDA approval, and launch of devices here in the US. I am not looking to invest but if you ever want some free advice just shoot me a PM, I'm here to help.
