Union Contract Negotiating Attorney

We are starting due diligence on a union contractor under LOI. Any referrals you have to an M&A attorney with experience negotiating union contracts would be highly appreciated. The business is in Dallas, TX. The closer the attorney is to Texas, I would assume the better, since union rules can vary wildly between regions.

If the union is negotiating from a position of mutual benefit, I'm sure it will go well. Especially if all the competitors are union shops too.
