Seeking capital.

My firm is buying an underground utility company - customers include Hilton, Walmart and City of Fort Walton. This 10 year old Company landed $7M in revenue and $2.8M EBIDTA with a CAGR of 12%. This year, they have $7M and just landed two additional jobs worth $9M. Purchase price is $16M - looking for ~$5M in equity.
