UK Searchers: Any experience financing a deal using a SIPP/SSAS?

I'm trying to learn more about financing options that utilize SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) funds, potentially transferring SIPP funds into a SSAS (Small Self-Administered Scheme) and adding on 3rd party financing.  Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi Shane, it would be great if you could do this. I have not seen any evidence you can though either as from investment side or search finder side. I think you might be able to finance any underlying commercial real estate up to 50% and then get a commercial mortgage but not on the cashflow of business.
