UK Logistics roll-up - Deal Announcement

Hi everyone
I thought I'd let you know that I recently closed the second acquisition for Viso Logistics, my roll-up of specialised logistics companies in the UK.

LTM EBITDA: $300m (£250k)
Valuation: 2.1x EBITDA
Has some customer concentration but overall I feel it's a good deal and solid business.

Acquisition #1 EBITDA has now doubled since we bought it 2 years ago and seller deferred consideration fully paid.

All self funded to date (with leverage). For acquisition #3 we'll be looking at a larger deal ($1-3m EBITDA).
