Been out of the M&A industry for a while now (spent the last few years in startups). Just sold my AI business and now looking to find the next adventure.

In the years I've been out of the market I see influencers like Codie Sanchez sprung up, discussing how exciting the US "baby boomer boring business" is. Suddenly small business buying is now trendy.

How are you finding the search? Is it a buyer or seller's market in 2023?
