Traditional search fund tax filing & K-1 support

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for individuals or small firms who can assist us with preparing our annual US tax filings and K-1s for a traditional search fund? I have connected with a few larger accounting firms and it seems to me that they are charging too much for what should be a pretty quick and simple process.

Hi Dustin, we are running a hybrid search (self funding) + accredited investors and local institutions. The firm we used is called Betts Consulting. The principal is a CPA from a family office. They know what they are doing and are competitively priced. https://www.bettsconsulting.net/
