Hi guys,

A few months we did an article for RollUpEurope called: "Always Be Closing: How to Resolve Key Seller Pushbacks"

It was inspired by my and Pavel's experience negotiating with small business owners in the software space. We shared tips on how to respond to pusbacks like these:

1. “Your offer is not valuing my IP”
2. “I’m expecting an ARR multiple”
3. “I have strategics in the process”
4. “There are so many things you can do with the business…" (-> pay for synergies)

Time has come to update + expand the article to include non tech industries.

Any suggestions which pushbacks we should cover?
