What has your experience been in acquiring a company and implementing a new operatating system? Specifically, I am wondering about EOS.

How long before an operator would be able to be a value add on implementing EOS? I assume some time within the company would be best?

Would love to hear some feedback on this from those who have done it, as well as does & don'ts based on your experience!

I did a session on this with ^redacted‌. You can find it here: https://www.searchfunder.com/event/view/645. I have not had a chance to index and transcribe this for my video library. It's certainly popular enough to be in the queue. There's a session coming up with ^redacted‌ on this topic as well. Here is the direct link: https://lu.ma/Operating. ~ Karen

We implemented EOS at my landscaping company, I waited about 12 months (could've done it in 6 months), what I really wanted to know first was to learn more of the ins and outs of the business, the rhythm of the biz, who does what and then build some trust with the team to get their buy-in on the EOS concept, then we had a PHENOM EOS coach and it really did change the way I manage the business and helped tremendously and it helped the management team (and they embraced it)...happy to talk more and get you intro to the coach we used, hit me up direct if you want
