Thoughts on Interexo?

Fellow Searchers,

I have been looking into interexo to decide whether to subscribe to their $200 per month / $2000 per year deal flow. However, I see that the free version where you can only see a blurb has a very poorly functioning search interface where, for example, I see deals from Florida even if I specify that I am only interested in deals in the western US, for example.

It will be great to hear from people here who have subscribed to it - are you finding it to be a useful tool to have?
