Curious is anyone has gone through any that they would highly suggest, that disappointed them greatly and/or anything in between? I am still in the search phase and while I have ran companies for years and years, ETA is very new to me and I am wondering if any of them are worth the approx 10K (or more) price of admission and interested in hearing the experience of others, if open to sharing. Thanks!

I've been through the Codie Sanchez mastermind. I joined during a time when it was still "phase 1" of the business and dealt with the transition to "phase 2" which I think shows some promise. I unfortunately didn't find out about Acquisition Lab until I had already joined her mastermind. I've since purchased the Acquisition Lab coursework and have enjoyed that. In retrospect, I wish I would have done Acquisition Lab. When I do hear others talk about Codie's mastermind it usually isn't met with high marks unfortunately.

I've also heard great things about ^redacted‌'s Searchfund Bootcamp. He's also been a great contributor to the space from the perspective of someone who's newer to the space. The webinars he's done recently with Will Smith have been a great wealth of information.

If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend reading "Buy Then Build" and HBR Guide How to buy a small business.

Having just gone through the Acquisition Lab month-long intensive, I'm more than happy to talk about my experience. I have had a variety of M&A experiences with some pretty solid results in the past, but I would still suggest that the Acquisition Lab added a number of tools and was a great refresher on others. At least as important as the month-long intensive - the folks in the acquisition lab (other searchers) are fantastic. It's a truly vetted community and ^redacted‌ has clearly spent a lot of time and effort to make sure of that. The folks in our cohort, as well as all the others I've interacted with, are truly professional and eager to share their experiences, tricks, and tips. If you're serious about doing ETA I would definitely recommend the Acquisition Lab. Feel free to DM if you would like to discuss 1:1
