Italian and Spanish market

Hi everyone,
I'm a Master Student at Bocconi University, currently completing my master’s thesis on search funds.
In my research, I would like to show the possible factors that make the spread of the model favorable, focusing on the Italian market potential. Furthermore, I’m investigating on the reasons why the model is not so widespread in Italy with respect to Spain, despite many similarities, and on the differences of the two contexts.

If anyone of you has some insights or inputs, I would be very happy to receive your ideas.
Also, I would be very glad to get in touch with anyone who could be available for a talk, to answer some of my questions.
