Tech background searchers who were considering startups!

I am a tech background searcher (can actually code, build product, etc). For a long time, I considered building my own startup, and in fact played with few ideas. For several reasons, I have decided to raise a traditional fund looking to acquire a vertical SaaS company. Are there others with similar stories?
