This is very motivating to read - thank you for sharing. I am on the fence about how to look as full focus vs jumping into small business consulting to make money up front. Have a family so the full time search without a side-gig at least sounds tough.

Let me guess - it’s not the time dedicated it’s the financial runway that drives people to success - I.e. if you leave your full time gig you must replace your income.
