Does anyone have any examples of a successful fully debt financed deal (besides eggcartons.com) and how it was structured? If I recall correctly, in the eggcartons.com example, the deal was approximately 75% bank debt and 25% seller note. I’m wondering if anyone besides that searcher was ever able to structure a similar deal.
