Hi all,
I'm getting close on a sub-contracting business that operates in glass/glazing (windows) installation and service. Majority renovation and repair for commercial clients, but a little bit of residential repair also.
Issue of course, is that it is project based. Every job must be bid on and there is a lack of true recurring revenue contracts.
Does anyone have experience in acquiring in this space? Would love to chat about the risk and opportunities in contracting and project based businesses.

I work with many of these glazing sub-contractors. There are a few national companies but thousands of small mom and pop type shops which may present an opportunity.
