STRUCTURING INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES
We're moving along with the fundraising and due to timing of internships in France, we're already looking at putting out the job applications for interns to start in April. We have a decent idea of what we want our interns to do and how we want to structure their work, but it would be great to hear the current playbooks / best practices of the community around this.
In particular, it would be great to know responsibilities, tools, and KPIs you all consider (of course anything beyond that is also greatly appreciated)
