Hey all,

I've been lurking here for a while, gearing up to start my search. I'm getting more serious now and have lined up some investors, but I am in need of a good broker to help assist in finding deals. Does anyone have a good recommendation on brokers in the Chicagoland region?

^redacted‌ I would second ^redacted‌ 's suggestion - fantastic group of people that could potentially be part of your deal team (CPA's, attorneys, lenders, and many quality brokers). I believe some of the brokers also offer buy-side services (re: "assist in finding deals") but I haven't really gone down that path.
