Spanish LOI

Hi Everyone!

I'm having serious conversations with two different owners whose companies have very interesting profiles - it is now time to consider a marriage proposal. Given that they are both based around Barcelona, they expect all transactional and legal documents to be in Spanish. Does anyone happen to have an LOI template in Spanish that you wouldn't mind sharing? It would be extremely useful.

Hola Noel, mi consejo es que busques un abogado en Barcelona que te redacte la oferta; las leyes son muy diferentes en USA y si los vendedores requieren un documento en Español, sera para que este conforme a las leyes Catalanas en Barcelona.
