Here's a guy who acquired a company that is learning a ton of lessons. I hate the way we seem to have to learn from experiences likenthis (myslef included), but here are th3 lessonsnhes learned so far:
Why not to buy too small.
Why you should get all of your quotes for your future cash flow before you buy.
Why to do a stock sale vs an asset sale.
Why not to listen to your lawyer on structure / operations questions.
