SMB M&A Transaction Lawyers and Accountants for New Jersey

Can anyone recommend lawyers and/or accountants for due diligence processes on a New Jersey based company? I realize the importance of lawyers who are familiar with the SMB M&A transaction space and the need for deal makers on your team. My only experience with lawyer firms in the area are either larger scale or general practices neither fits the bill.

Thanks for the tag, Luke! Joseph - my office is in New York and I do deals all over the country, in particular Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York. I’m sure you have some really good referrals here, but if you’d like, I’d be happy to speak. The deals that I work on range and size from a few million dollars, all the way up to 1 billion.
