This is a follow-on post to an earlier one looking for QofE and legal diligence. We are also looking for ~$500k in SBA financing for this Virginia based SaaS company under LOI. My understanding is that some lenders have a minimum SBA 7a amount and others do not operate in Virginia. Appreciate any lenders who may be able to help.
