Skincare and cosmetics manufacturing

I have a possible deal moving towards LOI in the skincare and cosmetics manufacturing space. The company is currently manufacturing and selling both DTC and through distributors. I was wondering if anyone in the community has experience in skincare product manufacturing, DTC, or marketing and is willing to chat in the next week or two.
