We are looking at several acquisitions in the skilled home healthcare space.

I am seeing staffing availability issues requiring the use of temp agency staffing which is adversely affecting profitability. 

If you have any insights into whether you are seeing this as well I'd appreciate any insights.

We are also looking to add a CEO to our team.
