Job Description: Senior Associates will work on private equity deal sourcing and live deal execution across a wide range of acquisition target industries, analysis of exit opportunities, and monitoring of portfolio companies. Senior Associates are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, LBO modeling, debt and equity financing, and contract negotiation. Senior Associates will execute and manage proprietary deal sourcing initiatives. Senior Associates will also support SIG’s business development and marketing initiatives as a firm. Senior Associates will have the opportunity to work closely with the Partners of the firm and interact directly with management teams and external advisors, lenders, and investors.
Responsibilities: • Investment, business, and market research. • Financial analysis, modeling, and memo preparation. • Industry and competitive analysis. • Acquisition due diligence, financing, and execution. • Fundraising and investor relations. • Acquisition target sourcing. • Developing and executing marketing initiatives for the firm.
Qualifications: SIG is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, solution-oriented, creative, and accomplished self-starter. Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and soft skills. Successful candidates must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance. Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred. To be considered for the position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.

Compensation: • Base Salary of $65,000-$100,000. Opportunity to earn performance bonuses up to an additional $100,000. • Opportunities to invest alongside SIG in highly attractive lower middle market leveraged buyout transactions.
